Neil was amazing very thoughtful and understanding in the selling of mums house it was an emotional time for some of my family and myself. Neil took the time to explain everything and had a listening ear to all that were present

Neil at Reality force South, was a God send. He went over and above. I'd sold our property privately, in Collie. We had an offer on a property, subj to viewing the property with Neil in Boddington..which was not for us. Neil new our urgency and situation. He saw me in tears and asked if we'd like to see a brick place. (Which hadn't yet made the internet) Same price range. We looked instantly. Made an offer and purchased our new home. We've made some great improvements as fortunately the previous owner was compassionate and willing to help. With a fare price. Anytime in the future I'd happily use Neil. His staff are also amazing and on-top of everything instantly. Highly recommend. Before and afters in pic. To show you can make anything a home.

My experience with Neil dates back to 2013 when I was seeking assistance to help sell my elderly parent family home (turned ‘rental’) in Pinjarra. Neil’s demonstrated experience, calmness and supportive assistance was greatly appreciated and a marked difference to the alternative local RE office that my parents had been using for property management services. Neil is a ‘salt of the earth’ type of guy that would be able to clearly communicate with any type of person. He clearly listens, cares deeply and would always act in your best interests. His care and professionalism is not forgotten and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking real estate guidance or services. Thanks Neil.
