Melissa was wonderful to deal with from the moment we made contact. Professional, suburb knowledge, communication and friendliness were Melissa's outstanding qualities. The support team was also wonderful to deal with nothing was too hard for them.

Geoff is a straight talking and honest man who's reputation for excellence in the industry precedes him amongst all who know him. Geoff was originally recommended to me by some really good people and Geoff is most certainly a bastion of decency in an industry known for grubs and shysters. All my dealings with Geoff have been a good experience and his outstanding reputation is both well earned and deserved. When Geoff is handling your selling or buying then you have nothing to worry about. Mel is a salt of the earth professional and her honesty and service to the client is outstanding. Mel went out of her way, even though I know she was super busy, to ensure a smooth sale and to ensure that I was satisfied with all conditions of the sale. Absolutely outstanding. Ray White Crow's Nest is very very fortunate to have Mel (and Geoff and Betty) representing them and ensuring that the reputation of the company is the best in the district. I can't speak highly enough of Mel and have no hesitation in highly recommending her to all those buying and selling property.
