Stephanie Gilbert from Ray White did a fantastic job selling my house at auction. From the start, Stephanie gave me a sale price guide. Throughout the campaign, buyer feedback was within the range but the house sold at auction at the higher end, so her appraisal was spot on. Stephanie was genuine, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. She also provided great after-sale service. I’d happily recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell their home.

I was a genuinely interested potential purchaser for a Crookwell property but could get no interest shown by this Agent notwithstanding at least 6 phone calls, i was clearly misinformed about the Agent's availability and not supplied with his contact details. I would hate to be relying on this Agency to SELL a property for me. I do not know the name of the Vendor but I know the address and will send a letter detailing my experience seeking to deal direct and NOT as a result of an introduction from Ray White Goulburn or Crookwell.as I discovered the listing on Realestate.com

The service provided by Maddie Pickup was so unprofessional and failed to meet reasonable standards expected of a license real estate agencey. as a result, we have experienced financial loss, inconvenience, stress, delays, ect.... Emails recieved from Maddie mostly negative and stressful, she asked us to fix issues related to the property, and giving us very expensive qoutes, when we drove there we managed to fix those issues in less that 30 minuts and most of those issues were occured from the tenants, we inspected the house ourselves when she again asked us to paint mould, we found house windowns closed and mouldy very obvious that the tenants did not look after the property well, the cleaning was horrible, we took many photos, before and after, she again gave us a qoute from a painter very pricey, when we went there, the main problem again was the cleaning, so all we did was cleaning and refreshing the paint,. We are now thinking to take this matter to the Fair Trading and to do invistigation related to the stress we suffered we suffered from those managing our property in Goulburn. And, I would also like to mention that Maddie's emails and communication seemed like threatning of tenants leaving or complaining, so she was never helpful to us, I would like to provide one example of an issue she was keep talking about it, Clothing line, she emailed us a qoute between $150 - $200 to fix, we decided to go there and look ourselves, my 20 years old son fixed it in 20 minuts, all the problem was a wind related small issue, did not cost us nothing, we just rebond the lines together, she asked us to remove it all and replace it with a new one, disgusting service. We are invistors and will never recommend this Real Estate to no one, specially is it was managed by this person Maddie Pickup. Thank you for reading my feedback.
