Kate Loadsman from Raine & Horne has done an exceptional job getting my property leased. I recently engaged Linda Wareing to buy a property in Upper Coomera. From the initial telephone conversation, Linda went out of her way to enable me to inspect the property at my convenience. She was extremely patient and explained the process clearly. As a new homebuyer I found her honesty and empathetic nature to be extremely helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions to streamline the process in a prompt and efficient manner. She was familiar with the recent sales in the area. and gave me good advice on the value of the property .With her understanding and empathy, the sale process was achieved smoothly and professionally. Hans was very professional in his presentation to obtain us as a client.The booklet created with the sales pitch and data was very impressive. He asked all relevant questions to tailor the advertising to our needs. With the help of Jason and Barabara our house was presented in a very appealing way to the market. We were given a detailed report after the home open to giving feedback from potential buyers.We were happy with quick turn around that our property was sold and the oustanding price. Happy to recommend Hans Lin .
