The worst real estate agent i have ever had the displeasure of trying to contact. I cant tell if he is doing shady stuff or just incompetent. Does not answer texts or emails particularly regarding properties he has listed for sale. The building he consistently lists properties for (38 Kings Park Road) - he always seems to have new properties there for sale but will never present an offer to the owners or have a home open for it. Is he trying to buy them himself or through friends without submitting reasonable offers? Run as far as you can from James McClements of Quinn & Co

James you're more than welcome to give me a call and I'll remove the review till then... $625 a week for an apartment in the city beautiful place and great view but the exhaust fan doesn't work which is cause mold in the bathroom paint is chipping away, plaster is starting to warp and the toilet is over flowing. I reported the problem on the 1st of June and was told James had booked in with the electricians to book a time with me, I waited a few days and called the electricians myself and they have no record of a booking. I feel as though I've been scammed and they are just waiting for me to break the contract which I won't be doing. What I will do is persist with trying to get in contact with James as hard as it is. I believe the roof will break away before anything's done.

James McClement is the most unprofessional agent I’ve ever spoken with. I would hate it if this individual was trying to sell my property. I made an enquiry about a property that was listed from a specific amount. The agent replied in the evening with a very unprofessional reply. I sent a follow-up email asking what the seller is willing to accept and the agent continued to act unprofessional In his replies. I am an interested buyer, however, due to the agents unprofessionalism, I have no idea what the seller is will accept or what the current bid amount is therefore I will not be engaging in this sales process. Due to the agents conduct, the seller is losing a potential buyer. This will hurt the final sales price, as there are less bids for the property. I would advise to stay away from this Agent!
