Very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. Communication was poor, the level of professionalism was well below what I expected, and dealing with them was unnecessarily frustrating. I found it difficult to get clear answers or have my concerns taken seriously, and the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency and would suggest others carefully consider their options before dealing with them. The owner doesn't listen or wait for you to say your part; they just take action without consent. No mercy or a touch of consideration from the owner, also very ignorant. They try keeping everyone's bond, and they will find the smallest excuse not to pay you your bond. By law, they are supposed to give you 24 hours' notice to act within those 24 hours, but they don't even call or email you. They just cut your bond and say it's not cleaned properly and send an invoice from the owner's friend or family member, or a fake invoice template from a carpet-cleaning business. They sent me a $400 carpet steam-cleaning bill for a 2-bedroom place 😂😂. No way in the world does house carpet steam cleaning cost that much. A master bedroom is done for $75 so how can you tell me it's $400 dollars for a single room studio So what the owner does is use his friend's business to write an invoice to keep the money. He does it to everyone. This agency needs to be reported to the RTA. Be careful, everyone. This is not just a real estate agency, but also part-time "let's be thieves" and dishonestly rip people off. Guys, do what I did. Don't be afraid of going to court and paying the RTA $100 document fee. It's worth it. You will win like most of us. This agent is already well known to the RTA for fraud and scamming. The bond-cleaning invoice they sent out isn't even from a registered business, so it's fake. It's so easy to make them. It's an invoice template they just fill in and send. Also, cleaning doesn't cost that much in Australia. The best carpet cleaning is done for $75 a room. A full 4-bedroom house with a big lounge, including bond cleaning plus carpets, is $1,200, but this agent wants to charge $700 for a studio. Sarah and Jeff if you're reading this is hope that karma will get you back for what you're doing to people and taking advantage of all these people who don't know there tenat rights and RTA law and most of them being foreigners who are staying at your shar homes and studios over in Rockle and sunny bank !

The realty team are just ridiculous. Took them 5 months to fix a door and a towel wrack. There are no blinds on the bathroom windows and when another tenant and the landscaper walk down the side of the house they can see into the shower and i have been seen in the shower many times. The walls are not soundproof so you hear every word the person next door says. I even hear the male upstairs urinate in the toilet. The tiles in the bathroom are so slippery that I have fallen a few times. The bed is so thin that you feel the springs through it. It has caused back problems which I have had to seek medical help for. 2 washing machines for 5 people, 1 wheelie bin for 5 units. I heard that the real estate kicked out a tenant because they had a pet stay over for 1 night. One night. That's pathetic. They won't rent through them ever again. Disgusting greedy company with 1500 properties that they don't give a crap about. Not to mention the tenants who are paying their rent on time every fortnight.
