QState Properties have been management my investment property longer than 10 years now. I have the highest regard for Sandy and her team. I do not live locally to where my investment property is located so I rely on QState Properties to oversee and manage the property. In 2025, I had cause to rely heavily on them to do remediation work on one of my units. Cannot thank Sandy and her team enough. I would highly recommend Sandy and her team to anyone looking to secure property managers for their investment property.

Q State Properties have been a godsend for us. We like to have timely communication and action. They deliver at reasonable rates. We do not feel like ‘one more’ on a long list of clients. All communications have been personalised and informative. After having a big manage our property we can see a marked difference. The team are just what we needed to get market rates and detailed reporting Sandy has built a great team around her.
