They ate all the bond even though the house was already in bad condition when we moved in. We had to kill cockroaches every single day. Nothing was properly maintained. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Tenants, be warned—this agency just wants your money.

i was inspect property 7 Winton Avenue, Edensor Park, NSW 2176 on 29/032025 at 1:30pm . I got call Saul and said that they had offer 1.410k atm and asked if i wanted to make an offer . So i did email Saul for 1.420k and confirmed submit the offer to owner , will let us know the outcome. However i got text from Saul next day 30/3/2025 that the property was sold 1.430k by Paul Lam ( principle) to other buyer without our knowledge and Saul did not even know it. Saul is honest to us and told us what that happened. i think Saul was not his fault. But that is unfair and illegal in proccess the sale of property listed for sale in NSW .suspected there was some thing not right to Paul Lam. We will look into it and lodge complaint to Nsw Service and ACCC for this matter. pls be careful guys and avoid dealing with this type of dodgy agent. Especially, are first home buyer but we are not first home buyer. pls see all pics proven for this feedback

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Paul and his team at Property Star Fairfield in managing my lease. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any concerns. They went above and beyond by helping me with insurance matters, which were overwhelming for me to handle alone. Their personal touch and genuine care truly set them apart. They are also fantastic at helping find new tenants and explain everything to me with great patience. They even allow me to contact them after hours, ensuring I always have support when needed. I highly recommend Paul and his team at Property Star Fairfield for their exceptional service and dedication.
