I had a wonderful experience with this agency, especially Jacob and Megan. From the very beginning, Jacob made the rental process clear, transparent, and welcoming. During the inspection, he explained the application process and honestly pointed out important things I should know about the unit so I could make an informed decision. Throughout my application, he was proactive, supportive, and kept me well informed, which made what is usually a stressful process feel much more manageable. After I moved in, Megan continued that same level of excellent service. Although there were a few maintenance items and follow-up issues to resolve, she was always responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She listened carefully, communicated clearly, and worked hard to have everything addressed as efficiently as possible. I also appreciated her kindness and sense of humour, which made every interaction enjoyable. Finding a rental can be stressful, but Jacob and Megan made the whole experience smooth, professional, and reassuring. Their communication, honesty, and willingness to help truly stood out. If Google allowed seven stars, I would happily give them. Thank you, Jacob and Megan, for helping make the beginning of this new chapter such a positive experience.
