My recent experience with Principle 9 Real Estate has been extremely frustrating. the staff (Shardha) I dealt with were consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, their attitude came across as arrogant and unhelpful. What made the situation worse was the lack of transparency and cooperation regarding my documents. Despite multiple requests, they delayed returning them and provided no clear explanation, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This kind of handling feels irresponsible and far from what should be expected in a professional real estate service. Overall, the behaviour and service I encountered were unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Sharda from Principle 9 in renting out my property. She treated my home as if it were her own, demonstrating a caring attitude, helpful nature, and a positive mindset throughout the process. From the very beginning, she made me feel at ease, and her professionalism and dedication were truly reassuring. Thanks to her efforts, she found a great tenant within just a few weeks. I highly recommend Sharda and Principle 9 to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive Real Estate Agent!
