Aaron has sold multiple properties for me over the years (and has also helped me find new ones whenever I decide I want to move... yet again!), and there's a reason I keep going back to him. Putting our long-standing friendship aside, his track record speaks for itself. When Aaron first told me he wanted to become a real estate agent, I remember thinking, "Well, at least there'll be one out there I can trust!” Thankfully, I was right. Aaron is kind, honest, straight to the point, and never tells you what you want to hear—he tells you what you need to hear. He's incredibly knowledgeable, works tirelessly behind the scenes, and genuinely has your best interests at heart. Buying and selling property is stressful enough, but having someone you completely trust makes all the difference. I simply wouldn't use anyone else. And from someone who generally isn't a huge fan of real estate agents... that's probably the biggest compliment I can give. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire Team Woolard, for helping me through not one, but two property sales simultaneously. I genuinely couldn't have done it without you!

This has been the nicest interaction we’ve had with an estate agent. Flyn was easy going, accommodative of our needs and displayed excellent levels of communication from start to finish. We really appreciate that he didn’t pressure us to buy, or get things done at an unreasonable speed. This more laid back approach was a welcome reprieve from estate agents we have dealt with in the past. He also seemed genuinely happy for us when we found the right place, which was really lovely.
