We are very happy with the service provided by Paras & Baz Real Estate. Anmol and her team have been managing our property for the past couple of years. Prior to this, we had several other agents, and I can confidently say that the experience with Anmol has been the best, completely hassle-free, both from the agent and tenant side. The team is highly professional in their communication with both owners and tenants. They organise trades promptly and handle maintenance issues efficiently. Most recently, when a tenant decided to vacate, the property was advertised and leased within a few weeks, without any issues or rental loss. I highly recommend Paras & Baz for property management

The team from Paras & Baz Real Estate are absolutely phenomenal. From the first moment when I had reached out to the team to engage their property management services, their responsiveness and level of professional was impeccable. A specific mention to Anmol being one of the owners of the business, always readily available, responsive, professional and has completed/hosted all open home inspections herself which I find is great to have an owner of the business be at the home opens. I have found their property condition reports to be quite in-depth and detailed compared to any others I have seen before. In summary, I highly recommend Paras & Baz Real Estate for your property management needs as I have been absolutely pleased with my experiences from the very start.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional experience with Anmol and Gurdev They made selling our house easy and stress-free. They provided expert advice on pricing and staging and kept us updated in every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone waning to sell or buy a house.
