I've dodged a bullet for not being with them. There's no communication, no client service whatsoever. They rejected my application after approving it without any notification. When the issue was brought up, they claimed me and the landlord for our negligence. So good luck to whoever wants to go with them.

The absolute worst people to deal with. House full of black mould and sewage problems and they rented it out again know this. Also broken asbestos in shed. They just do not care. Now 7 months later a pack of lies from paragon. I went to the property last week for mail and it is full of mould and in a shocking state. I will recheck with consumer affairs thanks for the heads up

This is the worst real estate company I have ever had to deal with.They are not transparent. They excel in being hungry for money. Will scam wherever possible. Ignore emails. Do not fix issues. Claim they do. Do not answer their phone and don't reply to voicemail. Took a long time to get bond back, that is an understatement. 3 months I waited for mine ano even then they did not give me my full bond. I entered the place full of dust. Windows filthy. Paint splatter in different areas. The worst was the bathroom flooding every time the shower went on. They would not fix. I left the place in immaculate condition. As a landlord myself I would never treat my tenants the way this landlord dealt with me.l look forward to the time when their bad business ethics comes back to bite them. I hope it bites hard. I fully support those who have had a bad experience with this agency. The star rating definitely in the minus.
