We were first time renters with Paddington Real Estate and the ladies Sue and Karen are lovely to deal with and always helpful and nice people. Sue was excellent with communication especially when we were moving out. Highly recommend them as an agent for renting in Paddington.

A little bit late to write this review but I rented my first ever house through Paddington Real Estate and it was such a good experience. Sue made sure to explain and talk us through everything and was overall just a lovely and approachable real estate agent. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I have been renting through Paddington Real Estate for newly 3 years, and they have just been the most amazing crew!! Sue is outstanding, caring, responsive and very attentive. They have always treated me so well and attended to any concerns and issues I had with urgency. I had to break my lease early due to relocating and they were very accommodating and were super quick to start advertising to ensure a smooth lease break. If I ever finding myself needing to rent again, I will definitely be contacting them first. Thank you Sue and Karen for everything! All the best, Kani
