My experience with Oz combined realty during the purchase of a property has been nothing short of disgraceful. From the very beginning, the agent repeatedly stated—on multiple occasions—that the sellers were not accepting any offers prior to auction. I relied on this information, only to receive a call about a week ago where the agent suddenly asked me where I saw value in the property. This already felt inconsistent, but what happened next was even worse. Just one week before the scheduled auction, I received a call informing me that the property had been sold prior to auction. I was never told that a formal offer had been made to the seller. I was never given an opportunity to put forward my best offer, despite being one of the genuinely interested parties. The entire process lacked transparency and fairness, and it honestly feels like something shady took place behind the scenes. Why was there clear partiality toward a particular buyer? Why were some buyers told the property was “100% going to auction” while an offer was quietly accepted? Where was the transparency, professionalism, integrity or even basic courtesy? On top of this, I wasted a significant amount of money on due-diligence costs—building inspection reports, soil testing, solicitor fees, and other admin expenses—based on misleading information. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I do not recommend dealing with these jokers. Buyers deserve honesty and transparency, and unfortunately, that is not what I experienced here.

Our experience dealing with Loren Keller was one of the most disappointing we’ve had in any property transaction. We were asked to pay a non-refundable 0.25% deposit to lock in the sale, however the initial contract contained incorrect information, immediately raising concerns. Despite clearly stating we were working through our conveyancer, we were repeatedly pressured—via email and late-night texts—to sign and pay before legal review was complete. The seller was unable to produce any basic information such as a building certificate or survey report. When we requested standard buyer protections such title searches satisfactory building/pest clauses, they were refused and we were expected to suck up all the risk. Not happening. This raised serious red flags regarding buyer protections and the overall handling of the sale. We ultimately withdrew from the purchase due to the lack of transparency and the aggressive approach taken. Proceed with extreme caution.
