We (as landlords) have been working with the whole team (Elly, Jo, Jess and Renee) from RealSite, Alexandra since their inception in 2020, and I/we can say that they are all extremely professional, polite and understanding… especially Jo Stastra as our Senior Property Manager, Jo is unbelievably passionate, caring and will assist in any possible way; not only with us but with our lovely tenants. I recently sold my property in Alexandra through Real Site. From the moment that I met Renee she was friendly and professional, and this continued throughout her entire team, whenever I spoke to a member of Real Site on the phone or called into the office. Renee understood my property and took the time to listen to my needs and wishes, she asked thoughtful questions and offered to assist, when needed, with the property, as I am based interstate, which was of great help. The entire process of selling a property through Real Site was of ease - Renee is efficient and is well versed in all aspects of the realty profession. I am so very glad that Real Site dropped a flyer off in my postbox and that I chose to move forward with Real Site. If I had my time selling again, I wouldn't change a thing!
