Absolutely disgusting agent. I live next door to a property he rents out, and he overcrowds the property, rents out an illegal granny flat. There were 35 tenants crammed into this house and granny flat, all causing chaos to me and surrounding neighbors. When I rang to tell him he came to my house and trespassed, told me my own property is not my own (something I hear nonstop from his tenants too, because I'm in Housing. They seem to believe a Housing tenant is beneath them and that a Housing tenant has no rights), and I had to call police. He consistently overcrowds this house next to me and purposely gets in inappropriate, unruly tenants. Seems to love that his tenants cause neighborhood chaos. The contractor building yet another illegal granny flat on the property told me that Nathan plans to overcrowd the property again. Dodgy deals going on with a dodgy certifier and owner. Absolute hell to deal with and have to live next door to his tenants he manages. His last tenants didn't even have keys to her own granny flat. Human Rights issues going on with this company. Disgusting, immoral behavior. And your response, you do still manage this property and you defs know the owner and do not lead by example and change his disgusting behavior and the contractor, Phillip, says you still manage the property and that you intend to fill it with overcrowding and awful tenants again. But I actually appreciate your response was nice and that you seem to be changing or at least aware of the wrongs, unlike the owner of the house you managed, with his response to my review.
