Ngu and Anita. I have emailed you guys tirelessly since 2024 I am over this, you guys will not get this sorted and do nothing but make excuses. Over 12 months to get "quotes" for tree loppers. Lol This was the go to excuse email every single time and " i will get onto the trades rn" "awaiting home owner approval" nearly 2 years ago You should all be ashamed of your selves. We the home owners, should not have to put up with this sort of nonsense. You're making money and we have to embrace your laziness. This is our lives, our home that we have to protect. Over a year and a half of emails to get your tree cut back !!! Its OVER HANGING HALF WAY INTO MY PROPERTY FROM YOUR RENTAL. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES EVERY SINGLE TIME I EMAIL. This is our home and we should feel safe in it and walking around our yard. We have not been able to use our clothes line for a good part of 4 years. These photos are from the end of 2024. The tree is now completely over the top of my clothes line. The tree hits my gutters every time the wind picks up. We should not be scared to go to sleep at night when the wind picks up or sit in our home and wonder if we are going to wake up with a tree on us or not. We cut them back to the best of our abilities, most are to high to get too and past our regulations to cut it back. This is a safety issue, we have had people slip over from this thing dropping leaves. It makes the concrete so slippery . It blocks our gutters . We should not be scared of it falling down on our own home or us. This is not fair on us. The negligence and irresponsibility is crazy. This our lives that you are messing with ngu, Anita and the home owner. Again, these are old photo's. Its right over the top of my washing line now. Which is half way across MY YARD from yours. There is no excuse for this at all, there is nothing in the way for a machine to come into the yard to cut it down. We agreed to it all and happily obliged, he said a few pot plants will need to be moved. There is full access to the fence line. Measured the car port and his cherry picker will fit through no worries. Access is 100% clear One set of tree loppers came out and that was over a year ago now. Counsil forms had been passed. This is what Anita had told, then It was just confusing excuses after that as to why they weren't doing it. "I'll get on to trades now" lol ok Anita's behaviour towards me as well has not been the friendliest. If you delete this, I will keep on reposting it until this tree gets cut down or gets cut back, cutting it back unfortunately, we will have the same issue again.
