Awesome property managers, super prompt to respond to correspondence and rectify any maintenance requests. Company director Jo always made herself available when required, great communication. Stayed in property for 10+ years due to how the property was managed by Nexus, would have stayed another 10 years if I could have.

I cannot understand why people have left negative reviews of this agency. I have dealt with Jo and team for the last 8 years and have found them to be fantastic. My tenants have been really happy too. Jo has been responsive and fair to both parties. No complaints at all and all repairs /issues dealt with efficiently and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Nexus and in fact was referred to them by a friend who also used them for many years.

It would appear that I am not alone with my bad experience dealing with this agent (who new), but I have certainly learnt. No thoughts for the tenant only greed for the agent. Absolutely no urgency in replying to messages unless they have a gain to be made. No follow up on outstanding issues unless pushed with several reminders. Communication is definitely not a strong point. Warning to anyone that decides to lease a property through Nexus (Lomolo), be wary and make sure that you check all details before leasing or vacating. If you have a choice to deal with another agent, then do so. I have had dealings with a few over many years but this would have to be my worse experience ever.
