They ate my $1490 with his blood sucking tactics. Very disappointing experience during a property purchase with their principal agent, Prabhjot Singh. I was told that a $1,000 payment was refundable, and the agent came to my home and had me sign the Contract of Sale outside my house. My understanding at the time was that I was signing documents for him to present my offer to the vendor. The circumstances surrounding the payment, signing and subsequent handling of the Contract of Sale later became seriously disputed. I raised my concerns formally and gave the agent an opportunity to respond, but despite follow-ups, I have not received a substantive response. The matter has now been referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria. Based on my experience, I was extremely unhappy with the communication, transparency and handling of the transaction. First-home buyers, be extremely careful. Make sure you understand exactly what you are signing and paying before handing over any money. He very well presented himself of what they are. I will never recommend him to my friends and family.
