Awful to deal with. I secured an apartment in 2022 to be completed 2024 and due to delays, it is only now going to settle in end May/June 2026. After learning my previous selling agent had left this agency. I have tried contacting Vinko Milicevic and Alen Perkovic as my newly appointed agents multiple times over the past 12 months to which I was lucky to receive a call back after numerous attempts to contact. As someone who has worked in property management for the last 5 years for a reputable brand, it is astounding to me that this company has means of operating due to their inability to conduct basic business at an adequate level. I do not recommend anyone to purchase apartments off the plan as I have come to find that the agents appointed to sell them are bottom of the rung and have little to no processes in place to actually service those who purchase off them. If anyone who reads this is looking to purchase a property, I have reputable individuals who conduct business at a standard that you would expect in and outside my place of work.
