I reached out to this agency about managing my investment property in Ulladulla and asked for a rental appraisal, fee structure, and recent comparable rentals. Unfortunately, my enquiry was ignored. I was genuinely considering them as a property manager, so the lack of response was very unprofessional I would not trust them with managing my property .

We had a truly awful experience with MUM Real Estate over our Christmas booking in Mollymook. We booked a four-bedroom home with a pool almost a year in advance so our extended family could spend Christmas together. Three months before our stay, they cancelled because the owner decided to start renovations — something completely within their control. This cancellation ruined what was meant to be a special family holiday and left us scrambling to find anything available at Christmas time. The agency showed no real concern or accountability. Katie Konrad’s communication was particularly disappointing — she even asked personal questions about our family’s sleeping arrangements, which was completely inappropriate and irrelevant. When we raised the issue with NSW Fair Trading, MUM Real Estate avoided paying any compensation and made misleading claims to get out of responsibility. It has been one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences we’ve ever had with a managing agent. We have never been treated so poorly, and their lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability has been astounding. Please be very cautious — our family’s Christmas was ruined because of MUM Real Estate’s actions.

Katie, Shonté, and the team at MUM Real Estate were wonderful to deal with. They were professional, approachable, and really went out of their way to help us. Their communication was great, which made the entire renting process so much smoother. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you again.
