I could not speak more highly of the team at Mulligan Property. It's my first time renting my house and they made the experience effortless. They were able to take photos while I was in the middle of packing and made the rooms look amazing in their online advert. One open home yielded enough applications to choose from and the tenants took possession only a couple of days after I moved out. Perfect timing and a very seamless transition for me while I was juggling quite a few competing priorities. Highly recommend Tayla and her team.

Excellent communication and easy to work with. Consistently responsive, professional, and clear in all interactions, making collaboration smooth and efficient. Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to achieving desired result.
