Jacqui Nuttall and her team have been looking after my rented house for the past 4 years. They do a fantastic job, from sensible advice on getting the house ready, contacts for the relevant trades, a good feel for the market and a solid history of experience. They are very responsive both to the tenants and to me as the landlord and are proactive without being instrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a managing agent.
