I lived in a unit under the auspices of this agency for about 1.5 years. It was a disastrous experience from start to finish. A woman named Elizabeth Casamento was in charge of me, but she was extremely rude and arrogant. Absolutely someone to avoid. She is not professional and quick communicator. You will need to wait for her many days to get response. She need a neurological treatment. When I went to the agency because I couldn't reach her for 5 days, she claimed my email hadn't gone through and, strangely enough, told me I shouldn't laugh because I started laughing. Ritika and Antonella, on the other hand, are very successful in their work and you can communicate quickly with them. They demanded money from me under the guise of a cleaning fee (even though the house was perfectly clean). To avoid further conflict, I paid, but I requested an invoice from the cleaning company. Of course, they didn't send one and instead created a invoice from their own agency.(which is not professional). Now, about the landlord. He was constantly in the building, and when we first met, he was rude and asked why the security gate was always open, claiming to be the building owner. I explained that people's orders are affected by the weather and that's why tenants leave the gate open to keep the orders safe inside. But he's not even aware of that. At another time, he came to my door and disturbed me with a loud knock. He asked again why the door was open. He made a strange body gesture, acting as if thieves could break into my house. He's lucky he lives in Australia ;) MY ONLY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY AND LANDLORD!
