Saw a 'for sale' sign up at the front of shops. Did not say what shop was for sale. Vague advert sign. Gave Erics number on the advert however, so I thought I would text. I sent a text requesting which property and how much? Did not receive a reply. Went to the website and searched and there doesn't appear to be any properties for sale at all? I called the office and the helpful lady said it had sold. Not the best experience. I generally find agents very responsive and signage updated as things progress with a property.
