Carmelo of Melo Real Estate is by far the best agent I've encountered in 15 years of renting. He organises required safety checks and if something goes wrong he is understanding about it and quick to help which is very appreciated!

I had a great experience renting through Carmelo Caputa in Melo real estate. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent from the initial inspection through to moving in, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly during rental period. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property in Melbourne.

Highly recommended realestate expecially when it comes to property managment. Carmello is wonderful to deal with. Ive gone with several companies with my rental and they have got to be the best. Very professional at what they do. Highly recommended.
