am leaving this 1-star review because of the absolute lack of urgency and accountability from this real estate agency. I was forced to pay $252 out of my own pocket for an urgent electrical repair to restore essential services at the property. I was told I would be reimbursed. It has now been WEEKS, and despite repeated follow-ups, the money has still NOT BEEN PAID. Chasing my own money for weeks should not be happening. Messages are ignored, responses are slow, and no one seems to take responsibility. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle urgent repairs and reimbursements, I strongly suggest others think twice before dealing with this agency. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My partner and I rented a property through this agency. They attempted to overcharge break lease costs and only revised the figures after persistent pushback. Communication involved delays and pressure tactics. Tenants should know their rights and be prepared to escalate to VCAT if necessary.
