Brooke at Luxe Property has genuinely been one of the best property managers I've ever dealt with. She's always available, incredibly responsive, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Every interaction has been professional, friendly, and efficient, and she's consistently gone above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. It's rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in their work. Brooke has made renting an exceptionally positive experience, and I couldn't speak more highly of her. Based on my experience with Brooke and the wider team, Luxe Property clearly has a fantastic culture and a real knack for hiring outstanding people. We had a wonderful experience renting through this agency. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. They were always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance, and any maintenance matters were followed up promptly. The move-out process was just as smooth. The final inspection was carried out professionally and fairly, and we really appreciated the positive feedback on how we returned the property. The bond refund process was also handled efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. A special thank you to Maddie for being so friendly, responsive and supportive throughout our tenancy. It was truly a pleasure working with you.
