Worst rental experience I’ve ever had in Sydney. Rose Song is extremely unprofessional, misleading, and only seems interested in taking advantage of desperate tenants who urgently need a place to stay. She promises that issues in the property will be fixed before you move in, but once the bond is paid, everything changes and you are ignored completely. I rented the property at 1/22 Wigram Street, Harris Park, and it was absolutely disgusting. The place was full of problems from day one — broken tiles, damaged walls, poor maintenance, leaking issues, and even cockroaches and slugs crawling around the bedrooms and living area. It felt dirty, unhealthy, and unsafe to live there. Every time I reported an issue, the owner would suddenly show up at the door acting like “Bob the Builder,” trying to fix everything himself instead of hiring proper professionals. Every single time he touched something, the problem became worse than before. Nothing was ever properly repaired, and the property just kept falling apart. The owner is unbelievably cheap and clearly has no interest in maintaining the property or respecting tenants. I ended up leaving after only 3 months and breaking the lease because the conditions were unbearable. On top of that, they tried to blame tenants for damages and issues that already existed in the property and made every attempt to keep the bond money. Avoid this agency and this property at all costs. If you’ve never dealt with Rose Song or the 1/22 Wigram Street property, consider yourself lucky.
