My partner and I have used Lay 2 Real Estate for two of our house sales. We cannot recommend any other agency. We first bought a property and Lay 2 was the agent selling that property. We gelled with Steve straight away. When it came time to sell our investment property, it was an easy decision to pick Lay 2. They gave us an idea of price when selling and well and truly delivered. This property was in Byford and the team had no issue moving the property down there, selling it off-market. We then decided to sell the property that we bought through Lay 2 and there was absolutely no decision on who else we would pick to sell it. Again, they well and truly delivered. Steve, backed by Tom and Mick are an excellent team. Lay 2 is the Go-To in Bayswater.

My experience with Mick Lay and his team at Lay2 Real Estate was fantastic. Mick works tirelessly for his customers 24/7 and has an amazing ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. I took a punt on going with a smaller family run firm, and I wasn't disappointed! Mick kept me in the loop the whole way through the process, and I received an incredible price for my property. I can't speak highly enough of Mick and his team. If you are considering an agent, you've found it!

Can’t recommend Julie Taylor enough!! Buying our home from her we really felt that she had our best interests at heart. Julie was very easy and genuine to deal with.
