WORST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD. We purchased our second home through Varun Sharma, and the entire process was dishonest, stressful, and deeply disappointing. What should have been an exciting milestone for our young family of five became one of the worst experiences of our lives. Varun failed to disclose that he was actually the vendor of the property, which is a clear conflict of interest and something we should have been informed of from the beginning. On settlement day, the property was not left in vacant possession. The house and yard were left full of rubbish, including a damaged cubby house with no roof, missing timber, and even a wardrobe dumped on our front lawn. To make matters worse, the keys provided were incomplete — six keys were missing, including keys to multiple doors — and the garage remotes do not work at all. If you want a smooth, honest, and professional experience when buying or selling a property, do NOT go through L&D Development, and absolutely steer clear of Varun Sharma.

Very very helpful, patient with stressful situations. Gives great advice to young people who are struggling or just new into the realestate market. I Would highly recommend mandeep if seeking a beautiful home, she’s always happy to help out her tenants wherever she can!
