Absolutely outstanding service from Steve, Cassie & Tillini. We recently moved our property over from another agent, and from the very beginning the difference in service was outstanding. The whole process has been seamless, professional and stress-free. They managed to lease our property in just ONE DAY, which was an amazing result. Had a great experience leasing through Kollosche. Andrew Boldery was professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was always quick to respond, easy to get hold of, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The inspection was thorough and well organised, the application was sent through promptly, and everything was straightforward and hassle-free. The communication was excellent from beginning to end, which made the whole experience so much more straightforward. I'd highly recommend Kollosche to anyone looking to rent on the Gold Coast, especially if you're working with Andrew. Thanks again for making the whole experience so smooth and seamless.

We had a six month lease with Kollasche on the Gold Coast and Christina was our property manager for the latter part of our tenancy. Christina was excellent in here role, responsive to our texts and emails and very easy to deal with during our tenancy. We really appreciated her help and assistance, it definitely made renting much easier. Claudio was also excellent with texts and phone conversations. Thank you for making renting much easier for us.
