Great service, Complex Record Price. We chose Jason as he'd kept us updated on the market in Kallangur for years. It made sense to engage him and his obvious knowledge relevant to a successful sale. We feel privileged as out of state owners that he and his team have facilitated works associated with finalising the sale and we are most grateful for the support. Highly recommend Jason as a wonderful guide through and facilitator of a very successful sales, contract and settlement process.

The homeowner went to this real estate in November 2025, and after receiving advice from them my rent has now been increased three times within eight months. I have been told that this was considered “acceptable”, which has placed significant financial pressure on tenants. the homeowner only accepts cash payments, and when I asked for bank details to pay rent properly through the bank, I was told no. This raises serious concerns about transparency. Because of this situation, I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) so they can investigate the rent increases and the payment arrangements. Tenants deserve fair treatment and proper guidance from real estate agencies.
