We had really good experience working with Kathmandu Properties. They managed to rent out our 8 townhouses in Brunswick West within 2 weeks and also with the better outcome than the offers provided by 'so called top real estate' in the area. Badri and Sharmila provided us fantastic customer service and communication was beyond the expectation. we highly recommend the servcie of Kathmandu Properties.

I’m very happy with the service provided by kathmandu properties. They managed my two of the property from leasing to selling. helped me prepare my two properties for sale, developed an excellent marketing strategy, and kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work, my home sold quickly and above the asking price. Also, i have built a house from them and it came out better than we expected. We are very happy with the result.
