We have been with Joy Realty for 10 months. We have been exceptionally happy with their services. Joy Realty have offered affordable housing, and good honest solutions. When I have emailed them with an issue regarding the property (which i’ve only needed to do twice in 10 months) they send a reply within an hour and the problem is fixed within a week due to their quick response to get the appropriate repair service needed. Joy Realty took a chance to accept my family and we have all been thoroughly impressed with their services and support as property managers.

Jeeta is an absolutely horrible agent. I have never met anyone so rude and hostile! Wow. A disgrace to your company.

Our experience with Jiaqui was frustrating and unprofessional. She gave us a price, we made an offer, then she suddenly increased it by $300,000. Communication was poor, with conflicting information given to me and my partner, and multiple misleading or inaccurate statements. We found the process to be unreliable and disappointing. They lost us as a buyer due to this.
