Jess was amazing! Within a few hours of enquiring about the property she arranged to open it up for a viewing for us that very same Saturday afternoon. All correspondence was polite and punctual, and she balanced perfectly between professionalism and establishing a personal connection with her clients. Jess even helped facilitate an arrangement with the seller to let us rent prior to settlement so we could be moved in prior to the birth of our child - only 6 days after viewing the property we were able to move in!

Although we didn’t engage Jess directly as we were just tenants in a property she was selling, from a tenant perspective I highly recommend her. Jess was always very friendly and accomodating in terms of organising open homes or inspections to make sure we had adequate time to be prepared. We are also very grateful Jess was able to help us stay renting in our home as she knew we were hoping to stay if an investor was interested in our property. Thank you Jess for the great experience!
