Jensen Estate Agents - what can I say: EXCEPTIONAL!!! I leased a property recently in Norwest NSW for the last few years and Jensen Estate Agents have been the most wonderful agents from day one. Marguerite Jensen herself is one of the most professional and kindest ladies who not only helps you every step of the way, but she treats you with so much respect like you are family or that you are her best friend. She provides a VIP service every single time whether she contacts you by phone, by email or in person. She is just exceptional. And if times are tough Marguerite and the team at Jensen are so understanding by trying to help accommodate for your situation and they also try and help find a solution as well. I cannot compare any other real estate agent in the country to Jensen. They are just far superior simply because of their customer service and their empathetic approach towards everyone. I would recommend anyone who wants to look for a property whether it be to purchase or to lease, to contact Marguerite Jensen and the team at Jensen estate Agents. We've had the most difficult time with our previous property managers. But since switching to Jensen, we've not had to worry as everything is communicated quickly and efficiently. It's such a shock to think we could've had this the whole time. Thank you team :)
