I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Over a two-week period I contacted the agency twice through realestate.com, and called the agent managing the listing requesting basic information about a property, specifically the strata/owners corporation fees. I never received a response from anyone managing the listing. I then drove an hour to inspect the property, only to discover the brochure at the inspection clearly stated that the owners corporation fees were over $7,000 per year. Had someone taken 30 seconds to reply to my enquiry, I could have made an informed decision and avoided wasting a two-hour round trip. It's frustrating to see such a lack of communication and professionalism. Responding to genuine buyer enquiries is a fundamental part of the job, and this experience fell well below expectations. If I were the owner of 202/78 Westbury Street, I'd be seriously considering changing agencies or selling privately.

As a mortgage broker, I have seen the best and worse of real estate agents. Lucien Leggieri is at the top of the best and I cant give him enough praise. We were interstate purchasers and he arranged a private time to show us through the property with a 3rd party and FaceTime a viewing while interacting with us. He always kept us updated as negotiations progressed and through contract stage, etc. Calls were always returned within minutes (even while he was on holidays!). His pleasant manner and honesty are outstanding qualities. The service didn’t stop there - the after sale service was just as good. He met us early on a Saturday morning to hand over the keys!
