I had recently submitted a rental application for one of the apartments they listed. I was first person to inspect and submit the application. They never communicated back with me. I followed up a few times and told them clearly that i was happy to pay whatever the rent is. They said they will let me know and all of a sudden I saw this morning that the property has been marked as “deposit taken”. This is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t make any sense at all.

I’ve never had a property manager as reliable as Nancy. There were many structural issues with our apartment, alongside constant frustration with Strata around rectification works but Nancy was always quick to respond to issues whenever they arose. I highly recommend J&J real estate as a renter, I believe them to be very responsible property managers.
