Headline: Misleading listings and zero communication ​Rating: ⭐ / ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Phil McGrath at Impact Property. I have found multiple instances where properties are kept on realestate.com.au as "For Sale" despite already being unconditional and sold. This is misleading to buyers who are spending time and energy on their search. ​Furthermore, my attempts to contact Phil regarding these listings have gone completely ignored. For an agent with a high rating, the lack of basic communication and professionalism is shocking. Leaving "sold" properties up to lure in inquiries while refusing to respond to genuine messages is poor practice. I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for transparency or responsiveness.
