I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Hitesh Chauhan. It was a challenging time to sell due to rising interest rates and uncertainty around negative gearing, but Hitesh guided me through the process with honesty, transparency, and sound advice. I especially want to thank Ramez. He helped me arrange all the renovations in just two weeks, and the quotations he gave were excellent. His arrangements not only helped the seller secure an acceptable price but also guaranteed the future quality of the housing for the buyer. I was incredibly lucky to have Ramez as my agent, and I am extremely grateful to him. Jack is the most sincere and confident salesperson I've ever met. No matter how valuable your house is, he'll work hard to help you get the results you want. Throughout the selling process, he worked closely with the team and gave me a lot of advice.
