My experience with House Property Agency was extremely disappointing. We had an exclusive agency agreement in place for one of our properties. During that time, we sold a separate property through another real estate agency. Following this the relationship with House Property Agency changed significantly, without warning they subsequently ceased acting as our agent on the property they had been engaged to sell. I was left feeling that personal feelings had been allowed to influence a professional business relationship. Communication became difficult, and I did not feel supported throughout the process. I also spent money on marketing and advertising and was very unhappy they ceased to provide there service and I was left out of pocket, particularly given the level of buyer interest. Compared with other agents I have used, I felt the service, communication, and performance fell well below expectations. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not use House Property Agency again.

It was my first time selling a property, Lisa was informative, patient, fantastic at communicating and did not take advantage of the fact I was inexperienced. Property Managers this good are rare. Kelly (Dravsnik) is highly experienced, always very prompt and efficient, handling everything very quickly and with great attention to detail and she has excellent common sense. She is completely autonomous and has a natural intuition for balancing when to check with me on matters vs when she just silently takes care of everything in the background. Kelly is always organised and well ahead of schedule eg. lease renewals, I never have to worry about things, it just quietly gets done. She always makes herself available, and is very reliable and trustworthy. Kelly has assembled a great network of really good value, quality Tradies for property maintenance and she organises it all from start to finish. Basically, Kelly does everything, I pretty much just nod occasionally. She is also knowledgeable on relevant legislation - I am always given the maximum advance notice of any rule changes which she explains very well. She's also pleasant, friendly and good humoured to deal with. If you've been a Landlord for a long time, you know you can go very wrong choosing a Property Manager. Kelly is excellent and I *would* highly recommend her, but I need the spot on her books for myself.
