Kosta and the team at Hodge Estate Agents are superb and I highly recommend them to others. I met Kosta at an open home of a property I was interested in, but not ready to purchase due to the need to sell my own home. Kosta came on the same day to appraise my property, and then patiently waited over the next six months while I prepared the property for sale. Without being pushy, he thoughtfully advised me along the way, recommending low cost improvements (and great contacts to assist me), which ultimately achieved a great sale result in just over one month from listing. Kosta was dedicated, efficient and most importantly he invested in honest relationship building with me and prospective buyers - which I believe is the key point of difference Hodge offers over every other real estate I've dealt with. Could not recommend them more!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Charlotte as my property manager. She has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, making the entire process stress-free. I have sold with them, purchased from them and more recently, moved the property management for my unit to Hodge Estate Agents. They’re not your regular run of the mill agents. There is no BS, they’re honest and to the point, put their head down and work hard, resulting in the best outcome for their client. I’ve bought and sold several properties over the years and I wish I met them sooner. They’re your best option for sales and their property managers actually respond to calls and emails - which rarer than hens teeth!!!
