We have had nothing but pleasant dealings with Philip and his staff. This small business is run by family and as a result you get friendly and efficient service. In my experience they work hard to get things done, and have an equitable approach to tenants/landlords and vendors/buyers. We have dealt with lots of real estate agents, as both tenants and owners, and have had by far the most pleasant experience here. To address some of the (in my opinion slanderous) reviews below, (many of which seem to be multiple people that were previous tenants at a single property of mine): We have since sold our property after having an awful experience with grouchy tenants who were disrespectful during inspections, never maintained the property without constant prompting, damaged walls and fixtures, and left the house without cleaning up. They made medically dubious claims that we were responsible for the early delivery of their baby and asked us to compensate them. It seemed they wanted a free ride and it took us many years to get them out. We spent tens of thousands doing the house up just to get it passable before sale- the pictures of how they left the property speak for themselves. Unfortunately for us, VCAT returned some of the tenants' bond after a long and fabricated sob story. It's been an experience that means we will never rent again. Sadly these are the same type of people that will whinge there aren't enough rentals around... This is why!
