Excellent experience! We had a fantastic experience working with Luke from start to finish. His friendly manner immediately put us at ease, and he was always approachable and personable throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent the whole way through. He kept us regularly informed about buyer interest, showings, and feedback, so we always knew exactly what was happening. We never felt out of the loop, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Most importantly, we were very happy with the final result of the sale. Exceptional Service with Genuine Care. Tenants are not just a number to this team -- and that truly sets them apart. From the very beginning, they were patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. You couldn't ask for a more accommodating and compassionate Property Management Consultant than Nikita. She made everything feel clear and manageable. And Lance is an absolute gem -- hands down my number one Leasing Consultant! He is efficient, proactive, and truly on top of everything. We submitted our application on Friday afternoon, and in less than 30 minutes we received an email confirming it was already being processed. By Monday, we were finalising our lease. That level of efficiency is remarkable. More than just excellent service, we felt genuine warmth and care.
