Harringtons Property are or were the managers of few properties in our complex. They rent the properties to tenants that breach by laws on constant basis. I was the chairperson in the past. The director did not hesitate in confronting me when I complained to their tenants ´ breach of bylaws. They act on behalf of the owners that are investors. At present one of their tenants are breaching two of the bylaws. Their dog does not stop barking. I will have to issue a contravention notice and report to the City Council.The worst are the breach of parking bylaw. We have to be carefull due to the potential intimidation of the tenants as it happened few times with other unit, not managed by Harringtons. I know this company for around 15 years. They did not improve how to handle the tenants.\ Today March 3, 2026 I add that few days ago new tenants moved next door. They already breached the parking bylaw for over 24 hours at the time. I have sent Harringtons and the onwers pictures requesting them to stop the tenants NOW. By no acting Harrignton put in trouble the owners that are investors outside QLD. Last December the previous tenants and their abuses were submitted at a BCCM Conciliation. However Harringstons´s tenants moved few days before, after 10 months of pure hell. In the past I had to suffer the behaviour of other tenants as noise 24 hours, illegal parking, items placed in the common area and barking dogs. This agency does not understand that are putting in trouble the owners that pay a fee for their work. They must control their tenants!! This time I will not allow the abuse to go for long.

Harringtons Realty managed one of our properties for several years, and unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. The management was consistently poor, with repair quotes that were never actioned and excessive charges for trades. When faced with challenges, the agent ultimately abandoned the tenancy rather than addressing the issues. While the agency's fees may appear competitive, the lack of professionalism and reliability means that when difficulties arise, property owners are left to manage them alone. I would strongly caution others to consider this before engaging her services.

Great Resource for Investors and Owner Occupiers... I bought my first investment property in 1994, and have added 12 over the following years. I have tried several different agencies at points in the journey, and always ended coming back to Tracie. She offers competent, and individualised service that has been a great support in the process of building a portfolio. Property is not easy to manage, but Tracie has managed my "babies" with great care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job
