One word - Disaster !! Had my investment property rented through Harcourts and what a mess it is. The people doing open home is arrogant, the lady that came to take photos was on another level. And the property manager, Steven, was a pain to work with - no updates if rent is missed, he won't pay the bill, not replied to email, every email or a call needed at least 3 follow ups and what not. Felt like i was managing the property and Steven was just a placeholder. To make things worse, he even lied about few things in the rental contract when I asked him some specifics. I will never suggest anyone to deal with these people, bunch of arrogant folks - they just need money, but won't deliver any work or service. Wish there was an option to give zero start, perhaps negative rating.

Suzie from Ozway realty was great , she interacted very professionally and the best part is she did not force anything on me And my family , I as a person am very sceptical about auctions and how real estate agents use them , but Suzie is simply that one in a million who was great at the get go , I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy/sell a house , she is very trustworthy and will continue to help and give her 100% even after the sale of the house. She is simply great .
