Gary Lucas is a standout real estate agent. He is the only agent in Healesville I would use. He recently helped sell a property for a friend of mine who was moving into age care and treated her with utmost respect and kindness and included her throughout the process where possible. He is completely authentic, realistic about what is achievable, so approachable, always available to answer questions and knows the market well. He goes the extra mile - and is definitely the agent you want on your side.

Gary is a local through and through - even for those of us up on the hill (above the Black Spur). We enjoyed working with him and he was very patient while we worked on Section 32 issues with our solicitor. With a declining market we still landed within our target price in just 61 days.
