I was amazed to read Emelia's review. We have sold property through them and we were kept promptly up-to-date of any developments. It was great letting them do the hard work and not have to worry about the sale. It is the same with the rental properties they manage for us. Prospective tenants are vetted. Maintenance problems are dealt with. Again, they do the hard yakka and we sit back and have regular payments into our bank accounts. We find the girls cheerful, helpful and very friendly. We would definitely recommend Groves and would buy and sell through them if the occasion arises again.

Went with them for property management after buying a house through their agency. We wish we had never done business with them. They like to take money and not do work. They also do not support their clients. Monika - did not know the law to help us when a situation arose. Told us wrong information Darren - did not assist when we escalated information to him and errors of his staff. Told us wrong information that he would not reimburse us when they incorrectly spent our funds. Later it was reimbursed to us despite what he said. He did not actively help us when we reached out to him. Torie - is friendly, but does not like to do work. She doesn't appear to like using the phone (nor the whole office). When I asked why they couldn't speak on the phone, she said that they prefer all correspondence to be in text. Started a VCAT application for us and decided that she didn't want to help anymore when we choose a different company for sales (although we were paying them to assist with a rental). I warn anyone using this business and would encourage you to go elsewhere. They caused more trouble than they are worth.
